Families
Families with school age children are welcome to stay with prior arrangements. We do observe quiet time from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Check-in
Our regular check-in time is between 2:00 and 5:00, but we try to be as flexible as possible.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Requests
Smoking is not allowed inside the inn, however we do have several covered porches where smoking is allowed. For safety reasons, candles and incense are prohibited. We have a resident friendly cat who is not allowed in the guest suites, therefore we have no provisions for pets. Boarding kennels are nearby and with advanced notice accommodations can be arranged.
Reservations
Advanced reservations are recommended and appreciated. We accept all credit cards and you will need to provide one to hold your reservation, however in most cases we don’t run it until you arrive. For Reservations: innkeeper@dubachinn.com or 573-355-1167.
Cancellations
If your reservation is cancelled eight (8) days prior to your arrival you will not be charged. However if your cancellation is made less than eight (8) days from your arrival you will be charged a minimum of a one night stay unless we are able to rebook the suite or fully exchanged for a gift certificate to be used for a future night’s stay. We ask that you understand the need to have ample notice of cancellations as we are a small privately owned inn.
Cancellations are NOT accepted by e-mail, regular mail or voice mail. Only calls made personally to the innkeeper will be recognized for cancellation.
