Families
Families with children who are a minimum of school age are welcome to stay with prior arrangements. Quite honestly, not all younger children are ready for the atmosphere of a B&B, but we are happy to share our home if you think your children are ready for the experience. We do observe quiet time from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Check-in / Check-out
Our regular check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., but we try to be as flexible as possible.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the inn, however we do have several covered porches where smoking is allowed. For safety reasons, candles and incense are prohibited.
Pets
We have two friendly resident cats who are not allowed in the guest suites and outside most of the time, therefore we have no provisions for pets.
Reservations
Advanced reservations are recommended and appreciated. We accept all credit cards and you will need to provide one to hold your reservation, however in most cases we don’t run it until you arrive. We typically have a two night minimum for weekends during our busy season, although we can sometimes accommodate one night stays. Preference of suites may not be able to be accommodated for one night stays, particularly on weekends. For reservations, email innkeeper@dubachinn.com or call (573) 355-1167
Cancellations
If your reservation is cancelled ten days prior to your arrival, you will not be charged. If your cancellation is made less than ten days from your arrival you will be charged a minimum of a one night stay. In some, but not all cases, we may issue you a credit to be used in the near future. We understand that sometimes things happen, but we also ask that you understand the need to have ample notice of cancellations as we are a small, privately owned inn. Many times we turn reservations away because we are fully booked, so a cancellation is a loss of business. Cancellations require both a phone call followed up with an email, or vice versa. Upon notice of a cancellation, a cancellation email confirmations will be sent.
